For campaigns, flyers & app launches
One code for your website, Android and iOS app. See every scan — by city and device. Edit the destination any time; your codes never expire.
Launching an app? One code for App Store, Google Play and your website
Solutions
Print it once. Change where it points whenever you like, and see which flyer, sign or table people scan.
Put one trackable code on every flyer, signboard and brochure. On paid plans, give each estate, street or flyer batch its own placement and see which one gets scanned.
Scanners land on your app page, with your logo, colours and an App Store and Google Play button, so you see which store they tap. Prefer to skip the page? Switch on sending phones straight to their store. One code on every ad, pack and billboard.
A code on every table. Guests browse your menu, build an order and send it to your WhatsApp with their table number.
Send each guest a personal QR pass on WhatsApp. Ushers scan at the gate, even when the network drops.
Every QR type
Every code is dynamic: change what it opens after printing, and see scans by day, device and location.
Restaurants, bars & lounges
Put a code on every table. Guests browse your menu in naira, build their order and send it to your WhatsApp. No app, no commission, no reprinting when prices change.
Guests add dishes and send the order to your WhatsApp, with their table number and total.
One menu, a placement per table or room, and scans counted per table.
Four table tents per A4 sheet, or a poster. Take it to any business centre.
Change a price or mark a dish sold out from your phone. The printed code stays the same.
Weddings, owambes & corporate events
Send every guest a personal QR pass on WhatsApp. On the day, ushers scan at the gate and see who to admit, how many and which table, even when the network is bad.
Venue and map, programme, dress code and gift details, and an RSVP form.
Each guest gets their own QR pass, showing how many it admits and their table.
Ushers scan with their own phones. No network? Scanning carries on and syncs later.
A pass works once. Scan it again and the usher sees ALREADY USED, with the time and gate.

Events, paid once
Some QR generators switch your codes off when a trial ends or a payment is missed, and every printed menu, flyer and banner stops working. On TrackQR every code keeps scanning, on every plan, even if you stop paying. Paid features pause and the free-plan branding comes back: website codes show a brief TrackQR screen before redirecting, and landing pages show a small badge. Codes over the free limit keep scanning but can't be edited until you upgrade or unpin another code.
Prices in naira, VAT inclusive. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack.
FAQ
Changing a printed code, app links, tracking each flyer, and paying in naira or dollars.
Yes. Every code you save in TrackQR is dynamic: the printed code points to a short TrackQR link, so you can change the website, app links or landing page from your dashboard and every printed flyer, poster and pack keeps working. You can also update a landing page's logo and brand colours at any time. If you have more codes than your plan allows, the extra ones keep scanning but can't be edited until you upgrade or unpin another code.
Yes. Create an App links code and add your App Store and Google Play links plus your website. Everyone who scans sees your app page, with your logo and colours and a button for each store, and the store that matches their phone shows first. You can also switch on sending phones straight to their store: iPhones then open the App Store and Android phones open Google Play, skipping the page.
Add a placement for each flyer batch, signboard, estate or location. Each placement prints as its own version of the same code, and your analytics show the scans for each one, alongside date, device and approximate location. Placements start on the Starter plan (up to 5 per code), with 50 on Growth and 200 on Business. Every plan shows scans by date, device and location.
Both. In Nigeria every plan and event package is priced in naira and billed through Paystack: Starter is ₦5,000 a month, Growth ₦12,500 and Business ₦30,000, VAT inclusive, by card, bank transfer or USSD. Outside Nigeria, plans are priced in US dollars and paid by card. The free plan (3 codes) never runs out.
Yes. The free plan gives you 3 dynamic QR codes with unlimited scans, free forever, no card needed. On the free plan, website codes show a brief TrackQR screen before sending people on to your link, and landing pages (menus, business pages, contact cards and the like) show a small "Powered by TrackQR" badge. Events are free for up to 25 guests.
They keep working. Every code keeps scanning, on every plan, even if you stop paying. Paid features switch off and the free-plan branding comes back: website codes show a brief TrackQR screen before sending people on to your link, and landing pages (menus, business pages, contact cards and the like) show a small "Powered by TrackQR" badge. Nothing you have printed stops scanning. If you have more codes than your plan allows, the extra ones keep scanning but can't be edited until you upgrade or unpin another code. Some QR generators deactivate codes when a trial or subscription ends; we don't.
Yes. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Prefer not to save a card? Prepay for your plan by transfer or USSD from your billing page. Event packages are one-off payments, so transfer and USSD always work.
We collect only what each feature needs, in line with the data minimisation principle of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). When someone scans a code, its owner sees basic statistics such as device type and approximate location, not names or phone numbers. For events, guests' phone numbers and emails are deleted 90 days after the event and names are reduced to initials. Our privacy policy has the details.
