Restaurant questions
How does WhatsApp ordering work?
Guests scan the code on their table, add dishes, choose dine-in, pickup or delivery, and tap "Send order on WhatsApp". WhatsApp opens with the order written out, including the table number and total, ready to send to your number. There's no app to install and TrackQR takes no commission. WhatsApp ordering is included on the Growth (₦12,500/month) and Business plans.
Can each table have its own QR code?
Yes. One menu, with a placement for each table or room: up to 5 on Starter, 50 on Growth and 200 on Business. Orders arrive with the table number, and you can see how many scans each table gets.
Can I print table tents?
Yes. Print table tents from your dashboard, four per A4 sheet, or a poster. Each one carries its table's own code, ready for any printer or business centre.
What if a price changes or a dish runs out?
Edit the menu from your phone and guests see the update, no reprinting. Mark a dish as sold out and it shows as sold out on the menu. The printed code stays the same.
Can I start free?
Yes. The free plan's 3 codes cover a digital menu, a Google review code and your Wi-Fi. Your menu shows a small "Powered by TrackQR" badge, and website codes such as a Google review link show a brief TrackQR screen before redirecting. Upgrade when you want WhatsApp ordering or table codes.
What happens to my QR codes if I stop paying?
They keep working. Every code keeps scanning, on every plan, even if you stop paying. Paid features switch off and the free-plan branding comes back: website codes show a brief TrackQR screen before sending people on to your link, and landing pages (menus, business pages, contact cards and the like) show a small "Powered by TrackQR" badge. Nothing you have printed stops scanning. If you have more codes than your plan allows, the extra ones keep scanning but can't be edited until you upgrade or unpin another code. Some QR generators deactivate codes when a trial or subscription ends; we don't.
Can I pay by bank transfer or USSD?
Yes. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Prefer not to save a card? Prepay for your plan by transfer or USSD from your billing page. Event packages are one-off payments, so transfer and USSD always work.
