What's the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?
A static code has the link baked in, so it can never change. A dynamic code points to a short TrackQR link: you can change where it goes after printing and see how many people scan it. Codes you save in TrackQR are dynamic. If you have more codes than your plan allows, the extra ones keep scanning but can't be edited until you upgrade or unpin another code.
Will my QR code ever stop working?
No. Every code keeps scanning, on every plan, even if you stop paying. On the free plan, website codes show a brief TrackQR screen before sending people on to your link, and landing pages (menus, business pages, contact cards and the like) show a small "Powered by TrackQR" badge.
Can I add my logo and brand colours?
Colours and patterns are free on every plan. Adding your logo, and removing the TrackQR screen and badge, starts on the Starter plan (₦5,000/month).
